Thermal Heat

Shoot the heat of the room, not the room, then print it badly on purpose.

The subject is heat and paper, not people. Every human presence stays abstract: a shape on a heat map, hands on a flyer, never a face. Limit the false colour to three stops and let black do the framing. Then degrade the print honestly: one scan, one copy, grain from the process rather than a filter. If it looks like a neon gradient, it has become the thing this style refuses.

Two kinds, never mixed in one frame. The thermal images are lit by heat, so shoot them with an actual thermal or infrared camera, or convert a photograph to a false-colour heat map with a three-stop palette: cobalt, green, orange. The documentary frames of the prints in the world use flat, available light so the paper reads as paper.

Dark, functional club clothes: black, charcoal, one cobalt or orange piece at most. In thermal frames wardrobe disappears into heat shape, so the silhouette is the only thing that matters.

Wardrobe
